- จัดทำและวิเคราะห์รายได้ Enterprise Service เพื่อให้เห็นถึงแนวโน้มของ Product and Service ใน AIS Group เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่า การจัดเก็บรายได้, Promotion Package and New Service ที่เกิดขึ้น สามารถดำเนินงานได้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน เป็นไปตาม Business Condition ที่บริษัทกำหนด
- หาแนวทางการตรวจสอบ กำหนด QA ที่เหมาะสม เพื่อลดการสูญเสียของรายได้ ลดความผิดพลาดที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในการทำงาน ของ Line Operation และ Share knowledge ดังกล่าวเพื่อเป็นการสนับสนุนให้เกิด Revenue Assurance ที่เข็มแข็ง
- ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วน ถูกต้องของการคำนวนค่าบริการ / Promotion Package /Offering ต่างๆ สำหรับลูกค้าในกลุ่มองค์กร
- สอบทาน การคำนวณค่าบริการ Postpaid Voice and IDD, IR Service ในระบบ RBM สามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน ตรงตามอัตรา และเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด สามารถดำเนินการได้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน ไม่มีสิ่งผิดปกติที่ส่งผลต่อการสูญเสียของรายได้ในรูปแบบ Real Loss /Opportunity Loss
- ติดต่อ ประสานงาน และ ติดตามผล เมื่อพบสิ่งผิดปกติที่มีผลต่อการสูญเสียรายได้ ดำเนินการหาสาเหตุของสิ่งผิดปกติที่เกิดขึ้น และประสานงานไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้ดำเนินการแก้ไข เพื่อช่วยลดการสูญเสียของรายได้ (Voice service)
- นำข้อมูล จากแหล่งต่างๆที่อยู่ใน Scope งานที่ตนรับผิดชอบมาทำการวิเคราะห์ โดยใช้ Data Analytics skills สะท้อนให้เห็นถึง แนวโน้ม ,ผลการดำเนินงาน ,ประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล ของ Product and Service และค้นหาสิ่งผิดปกติที่อาจส่งผลต่อการสูญเสียของรายได้ในรูปแบบ Real Loss/Opportunity Loss & Fraud พร้อมทำการตรวจสอบและ Monitor จัดทำ Analysis Report เพื่อเป็นข้อมูล Support Management ในการวางกลยุทธ์ และ ประเมินความเสี่ยงในด้านต่างๆ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
