Job Description
1.To Provide first tier support and provide troubleshooting and technical support to AIS 's employee (internal user), AIS 's Dealer and AIS 's Branches for all internal application, software on windows base, hardware and all kind of peripherals, and all the tasks related to the end-user computing application over the phone and online ticket website
2.To manage and tracking incidents until close all incidents within SLA and escalate to relate team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT
- Have a basic knowledge about Hardware/Software computer program on windows
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Good communication skill and service-minded
- Able to coding will be advantage
- Able to work in shift *
