Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality engineering activities for assigned products and manufacturing processes.

• Support quality activities during new product development (FEP), PP and PS stages.

• Monitor and analyze quality performance and identify opportunities for product and process improvement.

• Perform root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions for quality issues.

• Apply 7 Quality Tools and statistical techniques for quality analysis and problem solving.

• Review and approve product/reference samples for use in the manufacturing process.

• Participate in daily production and quality meetings and follow up on quality issues.

• Support data analysis and digital transformation initiatives within the Quality function.

• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, ISO requirements, and applicable product/toy testing standards.

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, other internal functions, suppliers, and overseas teams on quality-related matters.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Science, or a related field.

• Quality Engineer I: 1-3 years of relevant experience.

• Quality Engineer II: More than 3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Process Quality, or related areas.

• Knowledge of 7 Quality Tools, Statistics, ISO 9001, and quality problem-solving techniques.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

• Experience in data analysis, digital tools, or digital transformation is an advantage.
