About the role

Sourcing and purchasing materials from domestic and overseas suppliers to ensure a stable, cost-effective, and timely supply for our operations.

Key responsibilities

Supplier sourcing and evaluation

• Price and contract negotiation

• Managing purchasing terms such as Incoterms and payment conditions

• Issuing purchase orders

• Monitoring shipment schedules

• Coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers

About you

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing experience

• Experience in raw materials, chemicals, or manufacturing

• Experience in both local and import purchasing

• Good knowledge of PO processing, Incoterms, shipping documents, and import procedures

• Good supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and cost comparison skills

• Good command of English for email communication and coordination with overseas suppliers (TOEIC score 500)

• Good Excel skills; ERP experience is preferred

• Strong responsibility, ownership, and follow-up skills

• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
