We are currently seeking a project management executive to join our team, operating within the dynamic merchant side of our platform. What you'll Do:

Maintain and develop project management standards and methodologies to secure consistency and enhance effectiveness throughout every project.

Support project managers in creating detailed project roadmaps, addressing scope, timeline, budget, and resource management.

Monitor project progress compared to the planned roadmaps. Share updates with stakeholders through reports and presentations regularly.

Ensure precise distribution and effective utilization of resources to ensure the proper deployment of personnel and equipment. Manage risks and issues that compromise the deliverables, it may include collaboration with other teams to develop mitigation strategies and plans.

Document project proceedings comprehensively, encompassing meeting summaries, task lists, and decision registers, to guarantee precise record-keeping and alignment with organizational protocols. Supervise project deliverables to assure their quality meets standards and fulfills project requirements.

Foster communication between project teams and stakeholders, securing consensus on project aims, schedules, and anticipations.

What you'll Need:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Work experience in Operations Management, Project Management, or related roles is a plus.

Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong service mindset.

Skilled in data analysis, proposing development strategies, troubleshooting, and taking action.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively.

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, and familiarity with SQL is a plus.
