หัวหน้าแผนก / ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกควบคุมคุณภาพ (QA/QC)
atThai Union Group PCL- ทวนสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพในขั้นตอนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- ควบคุมดูแลการรับลูกค้า/external auditor ในการตรวจสินค้า
- เตรียมความพร้อมทางด้านเอกสาร เพื่อใช้รองรับการ Audit ของหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เอกชน และลูกค้าต่างๆ
- ตรวจสอบ และติดตามความเคลื่อนไหว / สถานการณ์ ด้านคุณภาพ รวมทั้งระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ หรือกฎหมายต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับสินค้า เพื่อทบทวนความทันสมัยของระบบคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวกับสินค้า
- ดำเนินการร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิตในการปรับปรุงแก้ไขกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน ให้มีความถูกต้อง สอดคล้องกับขั้นตอนการทำงานที่กำหนดไว้ตาม HACCP/GMP
- ดำเนินการตรวจ Sanitation
- จบปริญญาตรี สาขา วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีอาหาร, ผลิตภัณฑ์ทางทะเล, วิศวกรรมอาหาร ฯลฯ
- ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนก ประสบการณ์ตามสายงานประกันหรือควบคุมคุณภาพอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- ตำแหน่งหัวหน้าแผนก ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีความรู้ในระบบคุณภาพ เช่น ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, ISO 14001
- สามารถคำนวณ Yield & Efficiency และของเสียจากการผลิต
- มีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ (Leadership)
