• Coordinate problem-solving activities between HmjP and LSP to ensure timely and logical feedback and resolution
• Coordinate with LSP to conduct annual inventory counts, monthly cycle counts, reconciliation activities, and define corrective actions according to company standards.
• Ensure LSP outbound operations comply with the requirements of right time, right part, right quantity, and right standard.
• Review, revise, and create work instructions for new processes to ensure LSP operational quality complies with company standards.
• Main support for FMEA line walk activities, LSP weekly LPC audits, and act as auditee for system and customer audits.
• Attend daily meetings with LSP and share meeting summaries and related reports with the team.
• Coordinate with all related sections/departments to communicate and resolve daily operational issues.
• Monitor IT equipment and indirect supply fulfillment to support LSP operations effectively.
• Support new projects and perform other assignments as assigned by the manager.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Good communication skills in English, both in reading and writing.
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics environment.
• Ability to create clear work instruction documents and training materials.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under project timeline and pressure.
• SAP basic (concern daily tasks)
