Supervisor, Process Engineer Mold & Die
atPandora Production Co., Ltd.Responsibilities:
- To work closely with production department and follow-up the result of the mold after repair.
- Responsible for improvement of mold efficiency.
- To ensure that repaired molds are inspected before sending out for production.
- To test project and improvement molds.
- To carry out job delegated for parts fabricate, improvement and cost saving.
- Co-ordinate with FM team of spares inserts repaired with main tool room.
- Follow up of projects and ensure all procedure are properly documented by toolmakers and apprentices.
- To do trouble-shooting and identify problem and mark recommendations for tool changes and modifications.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineer or related field.
- Experience 3-5 years for Moulds – Dies Manufacturing.
- Excellent in read drawing.
- Excellent in problem solving in Mold /Dies.
- Mold fitting / Mold development is advantage.
- Mold preventive maintenance skill is advantage.
