Supervisor, Lean Engineer
atPandora Production Co., Ltd.Job Description;
- With respect to FN shop floor improvement, he/she has to identify improvement areas, plan, execute, implement and set the standard for sustainable improvement.
- Find the opportunity for continuous improvement in manufacturing and shop floor management which aim to support the company KPI.
- Be responsible for lean improvement project; initiate the improvement idea, gather the data, create the plan, execute the project, cooperate with stakeholder, implement the project and summarize the outcome.
- Support the shop floor weekly plan activity. To ensure resources are utilized effectively and meet the target.
Qualification;
- Bachelor in engineering and preference in industrial engineer
- Experience in pragmatic Lean process improvement, VSM and line balancing preferably
- Certified lean master preferable but not required
- Experience working in jewelry manufacturing (not essential)
- Proficiency in Ms Excel: Pivot & Macro, Ms Visio and Ms PowerPoint
- Good analytical skill and detail-oriented
- Good communication skill in Thai and English
