atPandora Production Co., Ltd.ลักษณะงาน/หน้าที่;
1. รับ – จ่ายงานผลิต
- Start production order card, ตรวจสอบรายการที่ได้รับกับ Store ว่าน้ำหนัก/จำนวนตรงตามใบงานหรือไม่ (Item number, จำนวน, น้ำหนัก etc)
- Post picking list journal (ยืนยันการรับของที่ store ส่งมา), จดบันทึกข้อมูลงานเข้าออกใน Excel, เดินไปรับงานจาก store
2. บันทึกข้อมูลการผลิต
- บันทึกข้อมูลเวลาเริ่มต้น / สิ้นสุดการทำงานบน Production order
- ทำการชั่งน้ำหนักงานดีพร้อมบันทึกข้อมูลลงใน Production order
- นำ Production order ที่มีข้อมูลการบันทึกผลการผลิตมาลงข้อมูลในโปรแกรม AX = Key รหัสพนักงาน งานดีงานเสีย งานตี error และ เวลาในแต่ละขั้นตอน
3. ส่งงานเข้า AQ / QC / Next process
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการผลิตว่าครบถ้วนรึป่าว
- สร้าง Job card journal Queue before
- ทำเอกสารบันทึกการส่งงาน
- ส่งงานไปยัง QC
- Material return / Scra
- ทำ material return คืน store (Scrap งาน) ในระบบ
- แกะชิ้นส่วนงาน 3Z/4Z
- แยกงานเสียใส่ถุง
- ชั่งน้ำหนัก
- เขียน sticker แปะหน้าถุง
- ทำเอกสารสรุปรายงานวัตถุดิบทั้งหมดที่จะส่งคืน
- เดินเอางานไปส่งพร้อมเอาเอกสารไปยื่นที่ store
5. เบิก Extra material
- ออกเอกสาร NC พร้อมระบุ material ที่ต้องการ
- สร้าง picking list
- เดินไปเบิก extra material ที่ store
- ตรวจเชคจำนวน material ว่าได้ครบตามที่ต้องการ (Item จำนวน น้ำหนัก)
6. เปลี่ยน material ที่ store
- ทำ material return คืน store ในระบบ
- ทำเอกสารสรุปรายงานวัตถุดิบทั้งหมดที่จะส่งคืน
- เดินเอางานไปส่งพร้อมเอาเอกสารไปยื่นที่ stor
- ตรวจเชคจำนวน material ว่าได้ครบตามที่ต้องการ (Item จำนวน น้ำหนัก)
- Post รับในระบบ
- เบิกของ
- ออกเอกสารเบิกของจาก store supply / Key AX / รับของ
- Adjust stock สี / นับสี / ชั่งน้ำหนัก / ทำ adjust stock (2 week/ครั้ง)
9. Transfer Material
- ปัจจุบัน drop planning & store team support
