• Leading MarTech Software solution (CDP, CRM, Marketing Automation) implementation projects with extensive knowledge of business solution implementation methodology and industry knowledge.
• Able to demonstrate solid project management and strong interpersonal skills, logical thinking, and leadership.
• Develop the overall project charter and plan.
• Manage project progress, issues and risks, and take appropriate countermeasures if required.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time and the quality is met.
• Manage all stakeholders.
• Review key deliverables, and ensures quality.
• Conduct and lead project steering committee, project status reports.
• Create proposal of project plans and budgets and obtain approval from relevant stakeholder.
• Understanding of the business requirement, be able to advise best-fit solution to meet their objectives.
• Involve in End to End Implementation Project (Gathering Requirement, Design, Implementation, UAT, Budget, Timeline, Expertise, and Training).
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
• At least 3+ years of experience in IT and Software industry.
• Experience in Software or Application development is a plus.
• Experience in CDP, CRM solution is a plus.
• Experience in Project life cycle is a plus.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills strategic and critical thinking capability.
• Fluency in spoken and written Thai language.
• Experience in or more of the following domains: HR Business Process Improvement, IT Change Management, HR System Implementation, IT Project Management, HR Transformation Advisory, MarTech.
• English skill (speaking and written) and/or TOEIC Score 600+ is a plus.

• วางแผนและกำหนดภาพรวมของโปรเจกต์ (Project Charter & Plan).
• ติดตามความคืบหน้า จัดการปัญหาและความเสี่ยงของโครงการ พร้อมดำเนินการแก้ไขอย่างเหมาะสม.
• รับผิดชอบให้โปรเจกต์เสร็จตามเวลา และได้คุณภาพตามที่กำหนด.
• จัดการผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดของโครงการ.
• ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติผลลัพธ์สำคัญของโครงการ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีคุณภาพ.
• จัดประชุม Project Steering Committee และสรุปรายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการ.
• จัดทำข้อเสนอโครงการ งบประมาณ และนำเสนอขออนุมัติจากผู้เกี่ยวข้อง.
• เข้าใจความต้องการทางธุรกิจ และสามารถแนะนำโซลูชันที่เหมาะสมเพื่อตอบโจทย์ลูกค้าได้.
• มีส่วนร่วมในทุกขั้นตอนของโครงการ (เก็บความต้องการ, ออกแบบระบบ, ดำเนินการติดตั้ง, ทดสอบระบบ, จัดทำงบประมาณ, ควบคุมระยะเวลา, การให้คำปรึกษา และอบรมการใช้งาน).
• จบปริญญาตรีในสาขาวิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ในสาย IT หรือซอฟต์แวร์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป.
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์หรือแอปพลิเคชันจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีประสบการณ์ในระบบ CDP หรือ CRM จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• เข้าใจกระบวนการทำงานของ Project Life Cycle จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
• มีภาวะผู้นำ มีทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคล ความคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ และการคิดวิเคราะห์อย่างมีวิจารณญาณ.
• สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดีทั้งพูดและเขียน.
• มีประสบการณ์ในหนึ่งหรือหลายด้านต่อไปนี้: การปรับปรุงกระบวนการธุรกิจด้าน HR, การจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้าน IT, การติดตั้งระบบ HR, การบริหารโครงการ IT, การให้คำปรึกษาในการเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบ HR, MarTech.
