2 person x operations staff

• A good communication skill - Any person who have a good command of English and communication skills to coordinate in our transports.

• Able to work in shift and flexible with time - work from office on your day shift and work from home during your night shift!

• New graduates and inexperience candidates are welcome - we will show you how it all works.

• High Proficiency in English - we use a lot of emails! Your English is important in all aspects - reading, writing and speaking.

Job Summary:

Coordinate and handling transport requests for clients through a list of providers for

• Air ambulance

• Commercial flight

• Ground ambulance

• Non-ground ambulance transportation

In a timely manner, all requests need to be answered, scheduled, assigned and dispatched in accordance to our company procedures and protocols.

Main Responsibilities

on your shift:

• Produce quotations for clients

• Monitoring transport status, precisely and with good logics

• Keeping related parties of updates during the transport

• Coordinate with service providers and clients by emails and calls

• Communicate with team members and our doctor and nurse who is on the transport

• Saving all the related work files on our system

Key

Qualifications:

• High Proficiency in English - reading, writing and speaking

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google mail

• Multitasking and prioritizing tasks, cases, and inquiries

• Understanding when cases need to be escalated to a supervisor

• Ability to work independently, take initiative and forward thinking

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required

• Newly Graduates are welcome

• 1 month bonus minimum guaranteed annually

• Ability to work as a team

• Able to work in shift

• Night Shifts are a work from home basis, where you will be quoting to client's request, answering emails, coordinating and monitoring ongoing transportation

• Candidates within 10 km. radius is preferred, but not mandatory

Base Salary: 20,000 - 40,000
