- เข้าประเมินงานซ่อมร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทำใบสำรวจงานซ่อม พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบใบเสนอราคาผู้รับเหมา และแนบใบราคาในระบบ SC Care
- ควบคุมคุณภาพงานซ่อมในประกัน ประกันปีและนอกประกันให้มีคุณภาพถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานและเสร็จทันตามกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานซ่อมร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ร่วมตรวจและเซนต์ปิดงานกับลูกบ้านพร้อมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- คีย์เอกสารบันทึกข้อตกลง และ PO ในโครงการที่รับผิดชอบ
- วางบิลผู้รับเหมาในบันทึกข้อตกลง และ PO ในโครงการที่รับผิดชอบ
- ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายและงบประมาณในโครงการที่ตนเองรับผิดชอบ
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีวิศวะโยธา หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมขั้นพื้นฐาน Word Excel , Power Point
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร
- มีใจรักงานบริการ
