Digital Center of Excellence Specialist

1. Integrated Digital, Data & App Strategic Planning
Develop and maintain the organization’s Digital Strategy roadmap - covering IT system & infrastructure, Data management, and Application ecosystems, in alignment with the overall Corporate Strategy.
- Identify emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact or opportunity for the business.
- Collaborate with various business units to ensure digital transformation initiatives support their functional goals.
- Oversee digital partner and vendor alignment to ensure that external solutions comply with internal data standards, IT policies, and strategic roadmaps
2. Strategy Execution & Performance Monitoring
- Track the progress of all initiatives within the CST , ensuring they meet defined milestones and KPIs.
- Develop dashboards and frameworks to monitor the "health" of the transformation portfolio.
- Facilitate strategic prioritization of digital initiatives to ensure limited resources (budget/talent) are allocated to projects with the highest business impact
- Act as a project PMO to unblock issues and ensure cross-functional synergy.
3. Financial Management & Budgetary Control
Serve as the central point for Budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX) within the CST department.
- Consolidate budget requests, track actual spending vs. plan, and perform Financial Forecasting.
- Prepare regular financial performance reports and variance analysis for executive management.
4. Integrated Audit & Compliance Management
- Act as the primary liaison for Internal and External Audits, covering IT infrastructure, applications, and data privacy to ensure professional and seamless examination processes.
- Maintain a comprehensive Audit Issue Log, proactively tracking remediation status to ensure timely closure of findings across all digital domains.
- Coordinate with technical and data teams to ensure governance documentation and evidence are audit-ready and meet regulatory standards.
5. Data, IT and Application Governance & Policy Oversight
- Regularly update and communicate IT, Data, and Application policies to ensure they are not only compliant but also optimized for current technology and business needs
- Act as a consultant to business users, advising on how to align business goals with governance frameworks to achieve the best balance between compliance and speed-to-market.
Establish and monitor governance frameworks to ensure data management and technology operations adhere to company standards and industry best practices
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in IT Strategy, Management Consulting, IT Audit, or Project Management Office (PMO).

- 80,000 - 100,000 THB, Negotiable
