Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new construction project opportunities (CSA & MEP) in the Utility, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Large-scale Industrial sectors for bidding.

Coordinate with Technical Support and Business Units during the bidding process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Monitor market trends and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare sales reports and perform other business development activities.

Analyze market data and business information to support management decision-making.

Represent the company in customer meetings, networking events, and business relationship activities, including after working hours when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

Solid understanding of the business development cycle and sales strategies.

Good personality with strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proactive, strategic, analytical, and results-oriented.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (TOEIC 750+ preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Valid driver's license.

Able to travel to upcountry project sites (e.g., Chonburi and Rayong) approximately once every two weeks.

Willing to attend customer networking and business engagement activities outside normal working hours when required.
