2.ควบคุมการจัดซื้อ จัดหาวัตถุดิบและงานบริการ สำหรับคลังสินค้า สำนักงานใหญ่
3.ควบคุมสรรหาการคัดเลือกผู้ขาย เจรจาต่อรอง การเปรียบเทียบราคา การดำเนินการจัดซื้อ วางแผนและติดตามผลการส่งมอบ
4.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เพื่อให้งานบรรลุตามเป้าหมาย
5.การจัดทำรายงานต่างๆ เพื่อเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
