• Work in close collaboration with various teams to craft and execute design strategies that focus on delivering modern user experiences through the latest technologies..
• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for our brand and products, collaborating effectively with different teams..
• Manage and direct the design cycle, including leading workshops and ensuring that all project requirements are meticulously met..
• Create detailed process flows, diagrams, wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, visual design mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively convey complex interaction behaviors and business objectives..
• Lead in designing dynamic animations, Ul elements, and innovative tools, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, widgets, and Al-driven components for our digital assets..
• Perform comprehensive testing of Ul components like CTAs, banners, page layouts, and design flows, ensuring optimal functionality and design for landing pages..
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technology teams, as well as other internal and external partners, to develop and deliver custom digital experiences tailored to user needs..
• Confidently communicate and justify design decisions to executive stakeholders, and effectively incorporate their feedback into design improvements..
• Provide guidance and expertise in implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities, aiming to analyze and predict user behaviors..
• Adhere to and uphold the brand's style, identity, and standards, particularly in areas of typography and graphic design.
• 0-3 years of experience in UX/UI or product design; exposure to AI, data-intensive platforms, or enterprise environments is a plus..
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design fundamentals, from basic user research and interaction design to polished UI mockups and prototypes..
• Ability to consider user needs, business objectives, and basic technical constraints, translating them into clear and practical design solutions..
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, including interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices..
• Proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping; experience with additional tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, FigJam, or Miro is a plus..
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas..
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional product teams, working closely with designers, developers, and product managers..
