About the role

As a QMR (Quality Management Representative) Officer at Scan Inter Public Company Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across the company's manufacturing and distribution operations. This full-time position is based in ปากเกร็ด นนทบุรี and is a crucial role in supporting the company's commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain and continuously improve the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.

• Coordinate ISO certification activities and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable management system requirements.

• Plan, organize, and conduct Internal Quality Audits, including audit scheduling, reporting, and follow-up of corrective actions.

• Coordinate External Audits, Certification Audits, Surveillance Audits, and customer audits.

• Monitor, analyze, and report Quality KPIs and management performance indicators.

• Prepare Management Review Meeting (MRM) reports and present quality performance data to management.

• Monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

• Review and maintain quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and document control systems.

• Support departments in process improvement initiatives using risk-based thinking and continual improvement principles.

• Provide ISO awareness training and guidance to employees regarding Quality Management System requirements.

• Liaise with certification bodies, regulatory agencies, and customers regarding quality management matters.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QMR, ISO Management System, Quality System, or Internal Audit.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001. Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 39001, or other management systems is an advantage.

• Experience conducting Internal Audits and coordinating Certification Audits.

• Experience preparing KPI reports, Management Review, and Quality Performance Reports.

• Knowledge of CAPA, Risk Assessment, Document Control, and Continuous Improvement.

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.

• Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certificate is highly preferred.
