Duties & Responsibilities

Managing daily purchasing activities and allocating tasks.

Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc. Also, liaise with all stakeholders i.e. internal users and suppliers

Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.

Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

Qualification

Bachelor degree or higher in

Electrical engineer, Mechanical Engineering

or related field.

Procurement/Purchasing experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) or Construction will be considered in advance.

At least 1-5 years in Procurement/Purchasing or in a similar field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business application software, including purchasing and resource planning systems.

Positive attitude and good leadership skills

Excellent communication skills both in Thai & English
