Mindshare | Associate Director,Planning
atMindshare Thailand- This position gives the opportunity to work for some of our top 10 clients across a diverse mix of sectors
- We believe in consumer-centric planning, not channel-centric. The person selected will be planning on media that are most relevant for the consumers, whether it is traditional or digital, with a solid understanding of how touchpoints interact across Paid, Owned, and Earned
- Being no. 1 in the market, Mindshare Vietnam has a breadth of products and services giving an opportunity to deliver services in Digital on one end whilst delivering a Rural Strategy on Emerging Class Consumer on the other end given our vast portfolio of clients.
- To become completely familiar with your key client's organizational structure, planning process, the marketing calendar, and the needs of key stakeholders.
- To become the day to day lead for your key clients and have integrated within the Mindshare team structure.
- To have taken responsibility for overseeing the SOW delivery for your client base.
- To start challenging clients to execute innovations. Start coaching your direct reports to deliver integrated planning.
- To expand the range of non-traditional media investments the client makes, and to be the go-to person for all matters connected to media. To continually delight the client.
- Entrenching client relationships that position Mindshare as a principal business partner. Be unafraid to push back, be audacious and stand your ground in terms of ideas.
- Build client satisfaction by delivering excellence in planning whilst managing expectations on deliverables to balance team workloads
- Lead and hands on the day to day deliverables on your accounts as per client SOW, coordinating with cross-functional teams as required
- Deliver an integrated connections plan across all relevant consumer touchpoints
- Oversee the reporting and KPI commitments
- Collaborating and responding to regional requests such as updates on market/category insights, spends, savings, competitor & audience insights, and reports
- Identify new revenue opportunities on client base such as content partnerships, analytics, social
- Operate with a talent mindset and coach direct reports
- Minimum 6 years' work experience, of which at least 3 years have been spent working on media/communications planning related business
- Highly evolved planning, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Experience in managing and integrating on large projects and teams
- Demonstrated experience and success working in a client-facing role
- Shows a depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations.
- Good negotiation and selling skills required for Mindshare products and services.
