- จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย ใบสำคัญรับ ใบสำคัญทั่วไป ให้เป็นตามหลักการบัญชีและภาษีอากร และให้ทันตามกำหนดเวลา
- จัดทำเอกสารและขอมูล เพื่อปิดบัญชีรายเดือนและประจำปี เพื่อให้ผู้สอบบัญชีตรวจสอบ
- จัดทำแบบฟอร์มการยื่นภาษี ยื่นงบการเงินให้เป็นตามกฎหมายภาษีอากร และนำส่งให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำข้อมูลและเอกสารรายงานการประชุมประจำปี และยื่นเอกสารให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานและปรับปรุงงานทางด้านบัญชี ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
- จัดทำข้อมูล/ตรวจสอบ/ update ภาษีอากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง และประสานงานกับกรมสรรพากร
Qualification
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในด้าน AP AR Inventory และ GL
- มีความรู้ทางด้านมาตรฐานบัญชี และมาตรฐานภาษีของไทย (หากมีประสบการณ์ต่างประเทศจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานระบบ SAP (หากมีประสบการณ์ขึ้นหรือปรับปรุงระบบ SAP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ภาษาอังกฤษ ระดับดี TOEIC 650+
