- Proceed , reconcile or approve all automatic booking transaction Validating the documents of insurance premium payment before sending to approve
- Validating manual transactions and correct wrong entry to accounting system
- Close daily accounts and reconcile daily cash, trial balance and issued all concerned document
- Monitoring automatic booking and reconcile reports
- Coordinate with Legal unit for suing the case, adjust accounting transactions and issue all documents
- Coordinate with Legal unit for car lost and car total damaged cases, adjust accounting transactions and issue all documents
- Validating all Tax application such as PND.1 , 2 , 3 , 53 , 54 , PP 36 , PND 51 , 50
- Testing Accounting system when have development or configuration the system
- Prepare report to support Quarterly report
- Prepare and check difference reports between subsidiary company
- Ad hoc required
Qualification
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related
- At lease 2 years working experience in accounting or related fields.
- Able to communicated in English both speaking and writing
- Ability to perform multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
