Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive Quality Assurance to contribute to the end-to-end quality of digital banking applications. This role requires strong test design and execution skills across web and mobile platforms, close collaboration with developers, product owners, and SA, and the ability to own assigned testing tasks from start to finish. The QA Engineer will perform manual and automated testing, manage test evidence and defect reporting, and support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen reliability, reduce risk, and foster a quality-first mindset across the team.

Responsibilities :

· Develop, maintain, and run manual and automated tests for mobile, web applications and APIs

· Design and execute functional test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria

· Log, analyze, and track defects until closure, including performing re-tests to verify fixes

· Prepare test data, verify data integrity and ensure environment readiness before execution

· Estimate QA effort, manage testing schedules, and communicate risks proactively

· Follow QA standards and contribute to continuous process improvements

· Collaborate closely with Developers and Product Owners for requirement clarification and environment setup

· Work in an agile (Scrum) development environment which requires participation from product design to product delivery

Qualifications :

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· At least 2 years experience in Website, Mobile application testing on iOS/Android

· Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies

· Basic scripting experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, API tests)

· Hands-on experience with Test Management Tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

· Mobile platform Architectures, Microservices, REST/JSON

· Experience working in Agile environments, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) is a plus
