Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
Provide training and coaching Non med underwriter, underwriter administrator for underwriting knowledge and also for Tele-marketer.
Maintain relationship with producers and internal and external customers.
Provide underwriting expertise and service to all business lines; studying various insurance proposals; gathering and assessing background information in order to effectively assess the risk involved; gathering information and various types of reports (e.g. medical records) from specialists
Keeping details and accurate records of policies underwritten and decisions made.
Ensured all UW decision was accurate update to system and policy before policy sent to customer.
Obtain additional information from customer by telephone and voice record.
Complete all requested from customers/ partners/ related parties; such as CS team for any change requested by customer via SVC.
Checking information for underwriting process (existing policies, claim history, blacklists and remark)
Manage underwriting referral and re-underwriting cases (register, update underwriting decision and additional information)
Support information/data, requirement and work closely with BA, IT for UW project to improve UW process and support to do UAT
Maintain relationship with producers and internal and external customers.
