Method Industrial Engineer/Process Engineer (Based Bangpu Samutprakarn)

Description
  • Manage production line Capacity, bottleneck process in both short-term and Long-term plan
  • Manage Process Design time and analysis for improvement
  • Provide layout, production line, equipment, tool, work instruction to production.
  • To maintain & improve process (manual, semi-auto, automation) running with good performance and flexible
  • Deployment of Schneider Performance System (SPS) through lean tools in factory (VSM, CAMA, Ergonomics.), making STL to be benchmarking plants.
  • Continuous improvement base on Improvement tools (Six Sigma, Kaizen, SMED etc.)
  • Bring Digital Technology deploy in Factory with simplify and profitability
  • To support production line, working with SIM team to solve daily issue, deviation process, etc.
  • To support cross department project (Pilot Run, Qualify new Material/Product in Production)
Qualifications:

Qualifications
  • Thai Nationality, Age 28-35 years
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 3-7 years’ experience in Industrial Engineering
  • Knowledge of Smart Factory and deployment experiences
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and deployment experiences
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Good communication and presentation skill in English
  • Willing to work at Bangpu Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn
