The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's accounting for a fast-growing F&B company. The ideal candidate has to experience consolidating accounting for multiple store locations in Thailand. The company operates two channels:

1. Import and Distribution (wholesale) and
2. Restaurant Management (currently 4 stores, 8 stores projected within 2019)  

The Accountant will directly manage two Assistant Accountants and an Inventory Officer. 

• Use Microsoft Nav accounting software
• Operational implementation and oversite of financial targets and budgets
• Oversee assistant accountant ensure AP is paid in a timely manner (or pushed within reasonable limits)
• Advise management on opportunities for discounts and/or improved terms on AP
• Oversee assistant accountant ensure that AR is collected promptly 
• Process payroll in a timely manner
• Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed
• Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis
• Maintain the chart of accounts
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
• Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
• Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants
• Comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Coordinate with other departments for daily management of transactions, financial recording, and compliance
• Compiling, reporting, and presenting timely and materially accurate historical financial information
• Ensure effective systems and controls are in place to meet necessary accounting standards
• Develop short-term operational budgets and cash flow statements
• Manage the production of the annual budget with management

A Candidate should have:

• 5-years related experience
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization including senior management
• Ability to manage all aspects of accounting
• Experience with Microsoft NAV is a PLUS (not required) 
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Office
• Good communications skills
• Native Thai speaker, Proficient in English Preferred 
• Bachelors degree of Accounting, Masters Degree preferred
• Preferred experience with Food and Beverage & Distribution
