atBitdefender IndochinaThe person in this position is responsible for providing effective product support for customers and partners of security software. The service scope includes technical support, troubleshooting and supporting product documentation. Sharing feedback about customers experience and cooperation with the team also are part of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Technical support for customers
- Troubleshooting service (ticket system)
- Send to partners basic technical documentation about products
- Provide basic answers about solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or related field
- 1 year or more experience on a similar position
- Basic knowledge about operation systems and networking is required
- Basic knowledge about endpoint security, Windows Server, Hyper V, VMware is an advantage
- Teamwork and service mind
- Basic English communication skills
