Responsibilities:

• Perform and handle on daily operation of accounting activities including sales, receipts, billings.
• Prepare daily, monthly, yearly reconciliations and ensure the tax reports are submit according to timeline.
• Assist in coordinating and completing the month end and year end book close.
• Responsible for debt collection and update debt status report.
• Coordinate with Revenue Department, deal with external auditor for financial statements.
• Handle information required for auditor.
• Other job that assigned by supervisor.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven working experience in a AR for at least 2 years
• Good knowledge or ability to understand the accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, team player.
• Good negotiation skill, management skill and leadership skill.
• Having self-motivation, Energetic, Positive attitude and willing to work with team.
