การสุ่มตัวอย่าง
- จัดทําตารางการสุ่มตัวอย่าง
- จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือ
- ทําการสุ่มตัวอย่างของวัตถุดิบ/ผลิตภัณฑ์/สินค้าสําเร็จรูป
การทดสอบ
- นําตัวอย่างเข้าเครื่องทดสอบตามประเภทของตัวอย่าง - ควบคุมการทดสอบ
- บันทึกผลของการทดสอบตามช่วงเวลาที่กําหนด
วิเคราะห์และจัดทํารายงาน
- วิเคราะห์ผลการทดสอบ
- สรุปผลการทดสอบ
- จัดทํารายงาน
- การใช้เครื่องมือต่างๆ พื้นฐานของ QC ใช้ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ความละเอียดรอบคอบ เช่น เครื่องวัดViscosity, pH และลักษณะทางกายภาพโดยทั่วไป
- มาตรฐานสากลท่ีเก่ียวข้อง
