• พัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์.
• จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาทักษะพนักงาน การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ การถอดบทเรียนความสำเร็จ/ล้มเหลว จัดกิจกรรมอบรมพนักงานประจำปีเพื่อสื่อสารวิสัยทัศน์, กฎระเบียบ, สวัสดิการ, career path, แนะนำขั้นตอนในการปรับเงินเดือน เป็นต้น.
• จัดทำและปรับปรุงแบบประเมินผลปฏิบัติงานประจำปี (KPI, Competency ติดตามการประเมินผล IDP และ PIP - จัดการหลักสูตรอบรมภายใน (Internal Training Management) และหลักสูตรการอบรมภายนอก (External Training Management).
• ออกแบบหรือจัดหาหลักสูตรอบรมที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละกลุ่มเป้าหมาย.
• จัดทำแบบประเมินก่อน-หลังอบรม และรายงานผลการเรียนรู้ - จัดกิจกรรมภายในองค์กร (Employee Activities) เพื่อสร้างพื้นที่ให้พนักงานมีส่วนร่วม เช่น การประกวด แข่งขัน แชร์ไอเดีย และเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ภายในให้แก่พนักงานทุกสาขา.
• ด้าน KM (Knowledge Management).
• ตรวจสอบหา Knowledge gap ของพนักงานทุกตำแหน่ง และกำกับการทำ knowledge transfer เพื่อให้ไม่มี Knowledge gap ในทีมงาน.
• จัดทำเอกสารและรายงานต่าง ๆ ในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ เพื่อถอดบทเรียน ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในงานเพื่อการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันผ่านระบบ KM และให้เป็นไปตามรูปแบบที่บริษัทกำหนด.
• ทบทวนและปรับปรุงนโยบายและขั้นตอนด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลให้สอดคล้องกับความสามารถของ HRIS และความต้องการทางธุรกิจ และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าแนวปฏิบัติด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลสอดคล้องกันทั่วทั้งองค์กร.
• งานสร้างความผูกพันแก่พนักงานภายในองค์กร (Employee Engagement).
• ออกแบบแนวทางเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพนักงานทุกระดับ.
• สร้างสรรค์สื่อสารภายในและภายนอก เช่น Newsletter, Line OA, บอร์ดกิจกรรมหรือช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดีย จัดเก็บข้อมูลความคิดเห็น ข้อเสนอแนะ หรือ Pain Point ของพนักงาน.
• งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within its scope and expected result.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, and able to see or sense of the preventive problem and proactively prevent it.
• Evaluating the success of the project against its benchmarking and sharing lessons or best practice with other organizations or project managers.
• Balance the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Age 27-35 years old.
• A Bachelor s degree in any field especially in Human Resource, Business management, IT or equivalent.
• A minimum 3-year experience working in coordination field experiences.
• Systematic & creative thinking with ability to plan and solve the problem and be observant.
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills.
• Enjoy in design on story creation with photos or VDOs shooting and editing, able to compose short story line from such photos is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn and embrace change constantly.
• Strong interpersonal skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential especially in Thai, and fair command of English.
