• Conduct detailed industry and market research for identifying and developing new clients' accounts through cold calls and visits.
• Visit prospective and new clients to offer company's full range of services.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries, including qualifying leads generated by market news, ads and other promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential new clients, EPC contractors, developers, OEMs, operators, and government-linked organizations.
• Generate new recruitment and manpower supply opportunities for permanent, contract, and project-based staffing.
• Lead contract negotiations and support bid and tender submissions.
• Prepare both technical and commercial proposals for tender.
• Prepare quotations, follow up and closing of sales.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• About you.
• Minimally a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline from a reputable University.
• Minimum 4 - 7 years of business development, sales, or account management experience.
• Proven track record in developing new business and managing key client accounts.
• Experience within recruitment, staffing, manpower supply, engineering services, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Thailand's business environment and labour market.
• Excellent business development and sales skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to prepare commercial proposals and participate in tender submissions.
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and presentation skills.
