• This role is responsible for driving new brand partnership opportunities for Konvy across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle categories.
• The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a commercial mindset, capable of pitching, relationship management, and negotiation with brand owners, distributors, and key decision-makers. This role requires someone proactive, persuasive, and confident in building long-term partnerships from initial outreach through account development.
• Job Responsibilities.
• Identify and approach potential brand partners aligned with Konvy's business direction.
• Lead outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and industry connections.
• Pitch Konvy's platform, business model, and growth opportunities to prospective brands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, brand owners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead discovery discussions to understand brand objectives, business challenges, and partnership opportunities.
• Manage and develop early-stage partner accounts before internal handoff or onboarding.
• Negotiate commercial terms, campaign opportunities, and partnership conditions with prospective partners.
• Coordinate with internal merchandising and acquisition teams to support onboarding and account transition.
• Maintain healthy pipeline tracking and consistent follow-up with prospects.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, account management, sales, or related commercial roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable pitching and leading meetings in both Thai and English.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Highly proactive, organized, and able to work with strong ownership, urgency, and accountability.
• Commercially driven with strong interpersonal skills and business judgment.
• Familiar with Thailand's beauty, wellness, FMCG, or retail landscape.
• Bonus: Existing network within beauty, wellness, retail, or FMCG industries.

• Plan and manage product assortments across omni-channel (online and Offline) in line with business strategy and revenue targets.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to improve product and stock planning.
• Plan, execute, and monitor promotions, sales campaigns, and pricing strategies (Markdown Strategy) in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Track and analyze the performance of own product portfolio and take action to improve results.
• Coordinate closely with E-commerce, Offline Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage the full product life cycle (Product Life Cycle Management) from product onboarding, distribution, to stock clearance.
• Continuously improve E-commerce merchandising processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Strong interest and background in Skincare / Cosmetic products.
• Flexible and adaptable with at least 2-5 years of experience in Merchandise, E-commerce Merchandising, or Planning.
• Good understanding of E-commerce business operations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent planning, communication, and coordination skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Positive mindset with strong willingness to learn and develop continuously.
• English communication and presentation skills are a plus.
