• Northern Thailand - Candidates may be based in any province within the Northern region.
• Northeastern Thailand - Candidates may be based in any province within the Northeastern region.
• Western Thailand - Candidates may be based in any province within the Western region.
• Candidates can work from the province where they are currently based, provided it is within the region they are applying for.
• There is no requirement to relocate to Bangkok after completing the initial training.
• Candidates who already have local customer networks, relationships with mobile phone shops, or strong knowledge of the local market will be highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• Proven experience as a Sales professional involving field sales, customer visits, new customer acquisition, and customer follow-up.
• Candidates with direct experience in mobile phone financing, mobile phone installment business, mobile phone loans, or mobile phone finance will be highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience working with mobile phone retailers, mobile phone shops, retail businesses, or shop owners will be an advantage.
• Candidates without direct mobile phone finance experience are also welcome to apply, provided they have at least 3 years of relevant Sales experience, particularly in field sales, customer acquisition, customer visits, relationship building, and closing sales.
• Experience in B2B Sales, Consumer Finance, Lending, Credit, Retail Sales, or Account Management will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Self-motivated, energetic, responsible, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable with outbound sales activities, including cold calling, customer follow-ups, appointment setting, and field visits.
• Able to independently plan sales activities and manage customers within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with an existing customer base or network of mobile phone shops within their area will be highly preferred.
• Willing and able to travel regularly to visit customers and retail partners within the assigned area.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and ability to work independently as well as with internal teams.
• Take responsibility for sales and retail partner expansion within the assigned region.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new mobile phone retail shop s to become company partners.
• Leverage existing customer relationships and local networks to identify new business opportunities and expand the partner base.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet shop owners, business owners, and key decision-makers.
• Present and promote the company's mobile phone financing and installment solutions to retail partners.
• Negotiate with potential partners and successfully close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners.
• Plan and conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.
• Follow up with and support existing retail partners, including providing basic guidance and resolving initial issues.
• Continuously expand the customer and retail partner base within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, new partner acquisition targets, and other business objectives set by the company.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through phone calls, online channels, and face-to-face visits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and partner support.
• Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Training & Work Location.
• First Week: Successful candidates are required to travel to the company's head office in Bangkok for training and onboarding.
• The training will cover company products, mobile financing solutions, operating procedures, systems, and partner management processes.
• Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses during the first-week training period will be the candidate's responsibility.
• After completing the initial training, candidates can work from any province within the region they applied for and are not required to relocate to or work permanently from the Bangkok office.
• This is an Area Sales position focused on new customer acquisition, retail partner expansion, field sales, and relationship management.
• Candidates are expected to have good knowledge of, or connections within, the local market and be able to develop the company's retail partner network within their assigned region.
