• Structure, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with direct customers, distributors and partners.
• Manage, retain, and scale key strategic client accounts, acting as the primary point of executive contact.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and public sector stakeholders.
• Monitor government policies, regulatory shifts, public tenders, and national initiatives to identify new B2G commercial opportunities.
• About you.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
• 5-8 years experienced in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/people-management role.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a team, setting KPIs, and driving collective team targets rather than just individual quotas.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel is required, with knowledge of Power BI and Tableau being a significant advantage.
• Professional fluency in both English and Thai (additional language skills will be an advantage).
