• Partner with HRD team and manager to support the design and implementation of Organizational Development and Engagement initiatives.
• Assist in identifying and monitoring employees' competency gaps and other development tools using HR metrics and assessment tools.
• Coordinate and work with HRD team to assess development needs and design learning and development plan as well as effective training evaluation.
• Facilitate training sessions including design and deliver professional quality of training courses, materials, methods and techniques.
• Manage all Department of Skill Development (DSD) requirements with precision.
• Conduct post training evaluation to measure effectiveness of training programs.
• MS Excel Proficiency and comfortable working with data and reports.
• Experience in using tools such as Power BI for reporting and visualization is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Strong learning agility, analytical thinking and willingness to learn new HRD methodologies and technologies.
• Experiences.
• 1 - 3 Years of experience in HRD/ L&D/ Training / People Development or related fields.
