- To Manage improving portfolio s by data driven and visualize key strategic actions to implement. And Also convince and tracking related stakeholder to implement such strategy to reach the bank target.
- Initiate and enhance processes, tracking system, and reports to facilitate Portfolio Management, Performance Tracking, Risk Cost Control, and Efficiency Measurement.
- Drive any strategic projects to enhance portfolio monitoring process.
- Monitor and follow up performance and efficiency of teams and recommend for improvement.
- Dissect and analyze Portfolio to present meaningful insight for portfolio improvement.
- Develop, coordinate, and contribute with other related parties to enhance the end-to-end credit process and policies, including origination, monitoring, restricting and SM/NPL prevention.
- Develop training and analysis for RM to receive training and development in order to increase competency in performance.
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Financial, Account, MIS, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Strong data capabilities - mainly Excel, SAS is a plus.
- Sound banking background - credit product knowledge is preferred.
