• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.

• Previous business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus.
• Please note that this role requires you to work on shift rotational basis and you will be working 5 days/ week with 2 consecutive rest days.

• จัดทำเอกสารที่จำเป็นต้องได้รับการแปลเป็นภาษาไทยหรือภาษาอังกฤษ (แล้วแต่กรณี) โดยมีหลักเกณฑ์ในการจัดทำเอกสารดังกล่าวดังต่อไปนี้
• คำแปลมีความถูกต้องและครบถ้วน สร้างความเข้าใจตรงกันระหว่างผู้ส่งสารและผู้รับสาร
• คำแปลได้รับการจัดทำในรูปแบบที่ผู้ใช้ต้องการ โดยอาจเป็นการแปลทั้งหมดหรือทำการสรุปย่อ
• เอกสารได้รับการจัดทำเสร็จสมบูรณ์ภายในเวลาที่กำหนด
• เอกสารได้รับการจัดรูปแบบอย่างถูกต้องและเหมาะสมกับวาระโอกาสในการใช้งาน
• จัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการประชุมต่างๆ ซึ่งรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง การประชุมคณะจัดการ การประชุมกรรมคณะการบริหาร การประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท และการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปี และอื่นๆ
• ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและแนะนำแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษแก่บุคลากรในองค์กรตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายและประสานงาน
• จัดทำคำแปลเพื่อใช้ในการจัดทำรายงานผลประกอบการประจำปี
• ทำหน้าที่ล่ามในการประชุมต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ดำเนินงานตามหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษหรือการแปล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการแปลหรือล่าม 2 ปีขึ้นไป
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการแปลกฎหมายจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
