- Develop short- and long-term directions and plan for portfolio of assigned products based on customer insights, market intelligence, competitor activities and market trend.
- Formulate and evaluate marketing strategies aligned with a business plan to achieve sales target within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop Annual Business Plan.
- Adopt global marketing activity/communication and develop local marketing activity base on local situations and problems.
- Adopt / Develop marketing activities and communication through digital channel and others to draw healthcare professional and hospital pharmacists product awareness.
- Build up key customers database and speakers pool to endorse product benefits demand forecast system.
- Monitor demand levels to achieve standard forecast accuracy in and in line with objectives.
- Conduct internal product/disease knowledge training for sales teams and external product presentation.
- Ensure all activities are complied with FDA, industry Code of Conduct (PReMA) and company standards (SOP).
- Why you?.
- A bachelor s degree in pharmacy or sciences (an MBA is a plus).
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record in a marketing environment.
- Experience with pediatric vaccines or medical engagement, particularly with pediatricians.
- Good command of English and PC skills.
- Strategic thinking, marketing minded, self-driven, business acumen and good presentation skills.
- Flexibility (Open to change, adapts to the situation).
- Knowledgeable about digital engagement / related digital platform and equipment.
