• What You Will Be Responsible For.
• The Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya is looking for a Recreational Facilities Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Recreational Facilities Attendant will have the opportunity to shape the resident experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service. This position reports to the Recreational Facilities supervisor.
• JOB FUNCTIONS.
• The Recreational Facilities Attendant will respond to a wide variety of Residence owner, resident and guest requests by accurately assessing and responding to the owners, residents or their guests needs, then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle requests for owners. Describe and ensure quality of all food and drink items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience throughout the day and evening. Ensure the cleanliness of the areas is up to standard at all times.
• Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the local market and speak Thai as well as being fluent in English. Must have the right to work in Thailand.
• Preferred Qualifications and Skills.
• Candidates must be able to speak and write both English and Thai. Knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
