- Perform physical and chemical testing on raw materials, bulk, and finished products according to specifications and SOPs.
- Prepare and test samples for the ongoing stability program as required.
- Ensure all test results are accurate, reviewed, documented, and available for audit.
- Prepare, standardize, and maintain volumetric and test solutions according to SOPs.
- Take care of assigned laboratory glassware and ensure equipment calibration and routine maintenance are completed.
- Manage chemical reagents, reference standards, working standards, and laboratory inventory.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and good housekeeping.
- Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, and Production teams to complete testing on time.
- Act as a second analyst/reviewer when assigned.
- Support investigations of Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results.
- Manage retention samples and laboratory waste according to SOPs.
- Support validation activities related to chemical testing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- The experience we're looking for.
- Bachelor s degree in Chemistry, Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; laboratory experience is an advantage.
- Experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometer, Auto Titrator, and Karl Fischer is a plus.
- Good command of English.
- Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
