• Translate client ideas into detailed tech pack drawings and discuss designs collaboratively to make sure every detail is right.
• Prepare garment sizing and specifications ready for factory submission.
• Oversee sample reviews (Pre-Production & Bulk), checking that sizing and all garment specs align with comments and tech packs.
• Be the go-to person for client communication gathering feedback on designs and fittings in a clear and friendly way.
• Review and approve the bulk QC process to ensure the final product meets the mark.
• What we're looking for.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Solid experience with tech packs and garment construction.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and factory teams.
• Communicates well in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
• Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback.
• Experience in the fashion is preferred.

• DAYS Ramintra-Watcharapol, Bangkok.
• Monday - Friday, Full-Time.
• 09:00 - 18:00.
• Starting salary 25,000 THB and above (based on experience).
• Social Security provided.
