- Develop and maintain applications using RPG (RPG III).
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and code.
- Perform system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing programs.
- Prepare and maintain technical and user documentation.
- Ensure program accuracy, performance, and usability.

- ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RPG programming (RPG III).
- Knowledge or experience in Life Assurance / Insurance is a plus.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under complex conditions and time constraints.
- Familiarity with MS Office and JIRA.
- Good problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
- Good communication skills with English proficiency (intermediate level).

- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to work under complex conditions and time constraints.
