• Analyze data across leads, customers, agents, listings, deals, conversion, and sales performance.
• Track lead handling speed, lead volume, regional performance, customer experience insights.
• Support return-on-ad-spend analysis for marketing channels.
• Reporting & Decision Support.
• Build and maintain accurate reports and dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel, Metabase, BI Tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and operating teams.
• Ensure reports are reliable, easy to understand, useful for decisions - and as much automated as possible.
• Turn data into clear findings and practical recommendations that improve business performance.
• CRM, Automation & Process Improvement.
• Support CRM-operations, data quality checks, and workflow improvements.
• Help monitor lead flow, deal stages, lead handling, and compliance processes.
• Implement automation projects by mapping processes, leveraging AI tools (e.g Claudei) and no-code-automation platforms to automate manual work and improve output speed, quality and reliability.
• RequirementsBachelor s degree from a top university in any quantitative field - Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics.
• Excellent academic record - fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong mathematical, logical, and analytical capability.
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills, including pivots, lookups, formulas, and structured analysis (knowledge of BI tools is a plus).
• High attention to detail; careful, reliable, and organized working style.
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
• Excellent communication in both Thai and English.
• Good to haveExperience using AI tools for analysis, productivity, or automation.
• Experience with no-code automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make).
• Experience with CRM systems, Metabase, SQL, dashboards, data cleaning, or data QA.
• Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion, marketing analytics, or process automation.
