Operations Executive
atZENRooms (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- An open and collegial working atmosphere in a dynamic environment, right in the heart of Bangkok
- Varied, challenging tasks and projects with a high level of responsibility

- Perform audits of newly acquired hotels, manage branding distribution and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers/service providers for branding, partnerships and photography
- Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required
- Close collaboration with the Business Development team
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers
- Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing invoice queries etc
- First working experience in a mobile, operations-based role, ideally in fast paced industry and/or a Rocket Internet venture
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills with a customer-oriented attitude
- Business fluent Thai and English skills (written and spoken).
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being organized and using your time efficiently
- A great sense of responsibility
