- Customer claim
- ¬Meeting clients to acknowledge the problem, immediately conduct action to prevent major situation
- ¬Receive defective part from customer and forward it to supplier
- ¬Make investigation schedule and submit to customer
- ¬Follow up analysis report from supplier and submit to customer
- ¬Sort and rework stock at customer's side and company's warehouse
- New model
- ¬Have a meeting with customer to get the latest information of new & current project
- ¬Receive and check PPAP docs from supplier
- ¬Summarize PPAP docs to submit to customer
- ¬Summarize PSW docs to submit to customer
- ¬Register MSDS in customer's system
- ¬Receive and check inspection report from supplier and submit to customer for each event
- Packaging
- ¬Plan packaging specification for each project and Make packaging standard
- Engineering document
- ¬Download data from customer's system
- ¬Summarize/Check PCR/ECR document from supplier to submit to customer
- ¬Get an approval from customer and support customer requirement
- Customer requirement
- ¬Manage each inquiries from customer after collecting the information from supplier
- Thai nationality, Male only, age 24-27 years
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- More than 2 years in automotive engineering/ QA, QC/quality experience
- (Car maker /Automotive part supplier)
- Driver's license (Company provides car)
- Able to travel in job (visit clients)
- Have knowledge, such as Rubber, Chemical, etc. is preferable
- ISO:9001 knowledge is preferable
- Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng/MRT Si Lom
- Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17.00
