About the role

This role involves planning, sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers both domestically and internationally. You will manage licensed merchandise, coordinate with factories to apply licenses to products and packaging, and conduct audits with factories that meet established standards.

Key responsibilities

Plan, source, select, and negotiate with suppliers in Thailand and abroad

• Manage licensed merchandise and coordinate with factories to apply licenses to products and packaging, selecting factories with established audit standards

• Execute, amend, or modify contracts and agreements with license holders accurately, completely, and within specified timelines

• Coordinate and send product samples, packaging, designs, advertisements, and promotional materials for each collection to obtain approval from license holders before production

• Negotiate cost of goods (COGS), minimum order quantities (MOQ), production lead times, warranty terms, and payment conditions to maximize company benefits

• Select OEM/ODM factories that meet standards and verify quality certifications (such as CE, FCC, ROHS, and Thai standards for Power Banks/Adapters)

• Coordinate with QA/QC departments to inspect product specifications, conduct sample testing, and perform pre-shipment inspections to reduce defect rates

• Control purchasing costs within budget, monitor production and shipping status to align with product launch schedules

• Support special projects, select products according to specific corporate or B2B customer requirements, manage co-branding initiatives, and prepare products and support booth setup for company events

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field

• 2-5 years of experience in sourcing and purchasing mobile accessories, gadgets, or IT products

• Experience in sourcing and manufacturing licensed character merchandise (preferred)

• Knowledge of glass film application or gadgets and mobile products (preferred)

• Strong English language proficiency

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to solve problems

• Careful, observant, and detail-oriented with attention to product specifications, licensed print work, and design
