• Negotiate, make a deal, and purchase items (products and/or services), maintain a good relationship with vendor. Gather information and monitor price fluctuations in order to get best price with high quality.
• Review and place the purchase order (PO) with approved price and materials in order to ensure all purchased items are produced in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor payment progress and items delivery to ensure all users get the items on time with the right specifications.
• Maintain purchase and pricing records in order to identify cost efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare cost saving reports based on negotiation, price request report, purchasing report to allow procurement team identify areas for improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience 5 years' experience in purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Special skills: SAP, and practical procurement management.
