Role Overview:

As Warehouse Manager, you will lead and oversee all warehouse

operations to ensure optimal space utilization, inventory accuracy, and

operational efficiency. You will play a

key role

in driving compliance, team

performance, and continuous improvement across warehouse functions.

Your main role is to:

• Collaborate with

cross-functional teams and senior management to plan and optimize

warehouse layout and storage capacity to support business needs.

• Ensure all

warehouse activities strictly follow Work Instructions (WI), Standard

Operating Procedures (SOP), and safety regulations.

• Lead and monitor

monthly, quarterly, and annual stock counts to maintain 100% inventory

accuracy. Provide detailed analysis and reports to management.

• Ensure timely

maintenance and safe operation of all warehouse equipment including racks,

hand lifts, forklifts, and office tools.

• Analyze

warehouse KPIs and generate regular reports for senior leadership,

highlighting operational performance, risks, and improvement

opportunities.

• Manage, coach,

and develop the warehouse team to achieve high levels of productivity,

accuracy, and collaboration.

• Oversee SAP

transactions including goods receipt, goods issue, and delivery notes for

both regular and repair products.

• Manage the

Return Material Authorization (RMA) process and provide operational

support to the service team.

• Execute other

tasks as assigned by management in alignment with business goals.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's

degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related

field.

• Minimum 7 years

of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2

years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong

proficiency in SAP and warehouse management systems.

• Good

command of speaking, reading and writing in English and ability in Chinese is a must (HSK5 or above).

• Excellent

computer skills: MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Acrobat.

• Strong

leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Adaptable,

proactive, and a collaborative team player.
