As a Product Development Engineer (PD), you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end development of new products—from concept through design validation to mass production.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality, PM, and manufacturing NPI team to ensure products meet customer requirements, cost targets, and project timelines.

This role requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage technical challenges and align cross-department efforts throughout the product lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead new product development from concept through mass production.

• Coordinate with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams to align product specifications and timelines.

• Track and manage project progress, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.

• Review product BOMs and specifications to ensure alignment with design intent and cost targets.

• Support and coordinate ECN (Engineering Change Notice) processes across functions.

• Conduct risk assessment and support design validation through cross-functional collaboration.

• Collect and analyze customer or market feedback for product improvement.

• Early involved in design related mockup sample manufacture and verification

• Familiar with product related process and device and can drive small quantity prior run

Who are we looking for

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

• Ability to review and interpret 2D/3D mechanical drawings; experience working with design teams

• Experience in leading or supporting new product development, including design review and cross-functional collaboration, and feasibility to come out real finish goods
