• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, acquire and retain customers within assigned territories or market segments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and forecasting revenue to meet departmental targets.
• Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, ensuring they understand the value proposition of our offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients whilst maintaining profitability and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions and account status for management review.
• What we're looking for.
• Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a B2B environment or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of industrial products, electrical systems or engineering solutions is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
